Take a look at what we've been up to...
You could see community spirit (our value of the month) in action when year 5 Birch cleaned up 60 chairs the school were donating to Northfields primary school. Year 5 Elm and year 4 Pine kindly walked the chairs down to the school. The pupils particularly enjoyed seeing the Northfields staff and classrooms they used to be taught in. It brought back fond memories - very good for everyone's well -being!
The Grange was really excited to hold it's first camera club meeting last week, Mr Mills set them an assignment and we are really proud of the pupils efforts...we hope you like them too!
On Monday, the year 5/6 football team travelled over to Hartsfield school to take part in a tournament. They played 8 games, won 2 games, drew 3 and lost 3. The team showed great solidarity and sportsmanship in all their matches. The whole team played superbly! They represented the Grange terrifically and should be very proud of themselves.
We had to 'frogo' our school uniform today to dress as animals for World Book day. It was a sight for 'saur' eyes when we arrived and we couldn't resist 'monkeying' around. However, lessons started on time as we were not going to accept 'panda'-monium. We had 'koalaty' time in assembly fondly remembering our favourite books. All in all its been a 'whale' of a day!
